Topping-out ceremony for 152 apartments in Schönefeld
The project developer Bonava and the Bewag Pension Fund are celebrating together with Mayor Dr. Ing. Udo Haase the topping-out ceremony for another 152 rental apartments at the Bayangol Park in Schönefeld. The construction project on Bertolt-Brecht-Allee is made up of a total of seven multi-family houses with 10,300 square meters of living space and forms the fifth phase of the “Living at the Park” neighborhood.
“The first 200 rental apartments in the neighborhood are virtually completely rented, but the list of interested parties is not letting up. Schönefeld is becoming more and more attractive. It’s therefore good news that the next apartments will be ready for occupancy starting in April. We will be able to hand over the last of the 152 keys by the end of 2019,” reports Bonava Project Manager Rainer Buckenauer.
The entire section was acquired as part of a real estate package in November 2017 by the Bewag Pension Fund. All of the apartments, equipped with built-in kitchens and laminate flooring, can be reached by barrier-free access. The sizes vary between about 49 and 100 square meters spread over 1.5 to 4 rooms with a balcony or terrace.
